Start your journey in the beautiful mountain village of Valbona at 10:30 AM. From there, you'll enjoy a comfortable transfer to Fierzë, where you'll board the FjordX ferry for a 2 hour and 25-minute cruise through the breathtaking Komani Lake — often called "the fjords of the Balkans."


The FjordX boat offers comfortable seating and panoramic views as you cruise through dramatic mountain gorges and emerald waters.


Upon arrival at Komani Harbor, you'll have a short break before continuing the journey. At 3:30 PM, a minibus will take you through the scenic northern countryside, with arrival in Shkodër expected around 5:00–5:30 PM.
